These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, enquiries and Christmas wreath-making workshops provided by Holly’s Wreaths.

About Holly’s Wreaths

Holly’s Wreaths is a small independent business based at Honeysuckle Cottage, Town End, Broadclyst, EX5 3HW. All wreaths are handmade and may naturally vary in size, shape, colour and foliage depending on what is available and in season.

Orders and payment

Orders and enquiries are normally made by email or through the contact options provided on the website. An order is not reserved until Holly has confirmed it with you and full payment has been received. Payment instructions will be sent by email.

Once Holly has confirmed your order and sent your payment link, payment in full is required within 48 hours to secure your order and collection slot. If payment is not received within 48 hours, Holly may release the order and collection slot so it can be offered to someone else.

Prices shown on the website are the current prices for the products or workshops described. Holly’s Wreaths reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or description errors.

Fresh wreaths and natural products

Fresh foliage is a natural product. Wreaths may therefore differ from photographs and from one another. Foliage, berries, decorations and other natural materials may vary according to seasonal availability. Wreaths may not always contain red berries.

All wreaths are handmade with care, but their appearance and longevity will depend on weather, temperature, wind, sunlight and how they are cared for. Fresh wreaths are intended primarily for outdoor display and should be kept as cool and sheltered as reasonably possible.

Collection

Fresh wreaths, remembrance wreaths, contemporary star wreaths and table centrepieces are available for collection from Broadclyst only unless otherwise agreed. Collection dates and time slots will be confirmed by email.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed collection period. If you are unable to collect as arranged, please contact Holly as soon as possible so that an alternative arrangement can be discussed.

DIY wreath boxes

DIY wreath boxes are posted using the postage option shown at the time of ordering. The current listed postage charge is £9.99. Contents may vary slightly where a particular natural material is unavailable, but Holly will aim to provide suitable alternatives of a similar nature and value.

Pimp My Wreath packs

The Pimp My Wreath pack is an optional collection of festive embellishments. The contents may vary slightly according to seasonal availability. Where assembly is requested, Holly will assemble the pack onto the wreath for the additional assembly price shown on the website.

Multi-buy discount

The 10% multi-buy discount applies to eligible items priced at £15 or more when purchasing two or more eligible items, as described on the website. The discount does not apply to workshop bookings.

Workshop bookings

Christmas wreath-making workshops are small, informal sessions held at Holly’s home in Broadclyst. Places are limited and a booking is confirmed once Holly has confirmed the booking and the required payment has been received.

Workshop payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the payment email, unless Holly has agreed another arrangement with you. If payment is not received within that period, the place may be released.

Workshops are intended to be relaxed and suitable for beginners. Participants should follow Holly’s instructions and take reasonable care when using secateurs, floristry wire and other materials.

Workshops take place at Holly’s home. Please let Holly know when booking if you would prefer the dog not to be present.

Workshop cancellations

If you need to cancel a workshop place, please contact Holly as soon as possible. Where a place can be filled by another customer, Holly will make reasonable efforts to offer a refund or alternative arrangement. Because workshops have limited places and are prepared in advance, refunds cannot always be guaranteed for late cancellations or non-attendance.

If Holly needs to cancel or cannot provide a workshop, she will contact affected customers and offer an appropriate alternative date or a refund of the workshop payment.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a product is faulty, not as described or does not meet your legal rights, please contact Holly promptly so that the issue can be discussed and resolved appropriately.

Because fresh wreaths and other made-to-order or personalised items are perishable or made specifically for you, some cancellation rights that apply to ordinary online goods may not apply in the same way. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Complaints

If you have a problem with an order, collection or workshop, please contact Holly at holly@hollyswreaths.co.uk as soon as possible. Holly will always aim to deal with concerns fairly and promptly.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Holly’s Wreaths may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website is the current version.
