How do I order a wreath?

You can get in touch through the website, email or social media to place your order. I’ll confirm the details and send you a payment link.

When do I need to pay?

Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of receiving your payment link in your booking email.

Where do I collect my wreath?

Wreaths are available for collection only from my home in Broadclyst, Devon.

Collection is contactless. You’ll be messaged when your wreath is ready to collect and given the collection details.

Can wreaths be posted?

Fresh wreaths are collection only. DIY wreath-making boxes can be posted within the UK mainland.

How do I care for my wreath?

For the best results, lightly water your wreath every few days. It will stay green without watering, but it may become slightly more brittle.

Keep your wreath outside, ideally in a cool, sheltered position away from direct sunlight and strong winds.

Please be mindful that small, exposed pieces of floristry wire may cause minor scratches to your door, although this is unlikely. If you are concerned, I recommend placing a piece of cardboard behind the wreath.

How long will my wreath last?

The lifespan of your wreath will depend on the weather, where it is displayed and how well it is cared for. Keeping it outdoors in a cool place, away from the elements, and lightly watering it every few days will help it stay fresh for longer.

Your wreath should easily last throughout December and beyond. 🎄

I offer a range of handmade festive products, including:

What should I bring to a wreath-making workshop?

Please bring:

Garden gloves — thin but sturdy ones are ideal
Secateurs
Flat shoes — you’ll be standing!
Your own bubbles, if you’d like to add to the party atmosphere!

You’ll also enjoy a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie. Please let me know about any dietary requirements.

How many people can attend a workshop?

Workshops are small and relaxed, with a maximum of 6 people. A minimum of 4 people is required for a workshop to go ahead.

If you organise a group of 6, the group organiser will receive a complimentary Pimp Pack.

Are workshops family-friendly?

Yes! Workshops are family-friendly and suitable for anyone who enjoys being creative and getting into the festive spirit.

Are workshops suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely! No previous wreath-making experience is needed. I’ll guide you through the process, and the workshops are relaxed, friendly and suitable for beginners.

Can I choose my collection date?

Wreath collection is available during my advertised collection periods in November and December. You’ll be given the collection details and available dates when your wreath is ready.

Can I cancel my wreath order?

Unfortunately, wreath-making orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as each wreath is handmade especially for you.

What happens if I can’t attend my workshop?

Workshop places are non-refundable, but you can transfer your place to a friend if you’re unable to attend.

I’m happy to see whether another workshop date or time is available, although I cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.

Can I book a private workshop?

Yes! Private workshops are available for groups of up to 6 people. Smaller groups may be able to join a shared workshop, subject to availability.

Is parking available?

Yes! Parking is available just down the road, next to the pavement, approximately a 2-minute walk back to the cottage. Please do not park on the driveway.

Will my wreath have red berries?

Not necessarily. Each wreath is handmade using natural foliage and may vary. Some wreaths may include red berries, while others may not, depending on what I can cut. But each wreath will be beautiful. 🌿

Do you offer discounts?

I offer a 10% multi-buy discount when you purchase two or more eligible items priced at £15 or more each.

Returning customers may also be eligible for a 10% loyalty discount. However, only one discount can be used per order — the multi-buy discount and loyalty discount cannot be combined.

Please note that loyalty discounts do not apply to wreath-making workshops.

Meet Cooper the Cockapoo

I have a very friendly, bouncy cockapoo who may be around during the workshops. If you would prefer Cooper not to be present, please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
