To keep appropriate business and transaction records.
To remember previous customers and provide a consistent service in future seasons.

Marketing and newsletters

I may send occasional newsletters, seasonal updates and information about Holly’s Wreaths. Where consent is required, I will ask for it before sending marketing messages. I may retain names and email addresses from previous customers so that I can recognise returning customers in future seasons. I review information periodically and will delete or anonymise information when I no longer need it, unless I am required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I may share relevant information with service providers where this is necessary to operate the website or provide a service to you, for example website hosting or payment services. These providers should only process information as necessary for the service they provide.

Payments

Payment links may be sent to you by email. Payment is handled through the payment service shown on the payment link, and I do not need to collect or store your full card details myself.

I do not currently use Google Analytics or another separate visitor analytics service.
