Halloween Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Holly’s Wreaths Halloween giveaway. Please read these terms before entering.

1. Promoter

The giveaway is organised by Holly’s Wreaths.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are able to collect the prize from Broadclyst, Devon. Anyone directly involved in running the giveaway is not eligible.

3. Opening and closing dates

The giveaway opens on Friday 9 October 2026 and closes at 7pm UK time on Friday 16 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

4. How to enter

To enter on Instagram, follow @hollys_christmas_wreaths, like the giveaway post and comment on it nominating someone who deserves a little Halloween magic. To enter on Facebook, follow Holly’s Wreaths on Facebook, like the giveaway post and comment on it with your nomination.

Entries on either platform count, with a limit of one entry per person across both platforms. Duplicate entries will not be counted. Sharing to Stories is encouraged but is not compulsory and does not provide an additional entry.

5. The prize

One handmade Halloween wreath worth £30. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and must be collected from Broadclyst, Devon.

6. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes. Holly’s Wreaths will contact the winner by direct message from its official account. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a replacement winner may be selected at random.

7. Prize collection

The winner must arrange collection from Broadclyst within seven days of being notified. If collection cannot be arranged within this period, Holly’s Wreaths may select another winner.

8. General conditions

Holly’s Wreaths may disqualify entries that breach these terms or are fraudulent. The promoter may amend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

9. Social media disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, participants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility for the promotion.

10. Privacy

Personal information will be used only to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and arrange prize collection. It will not be used for marketing without separate consent.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
